An opportunity is available for an experienced Cloud Network Designer to join a major Australian telecommunications transformation program.
Working within a complex enterprise technology environment, you will support the design and evolution of modern network platforms connecting cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This role will suit someone with strong enterprise network architecture experience who can translate technical requirements into robust, scalable network designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design cloud-connected enterprise network solutions across complex environments.
- Develop network architecture covering cloud and on-premises connectivity.
- Produce detailed solution designs, architecture documentation and technical specifications.
- Work with cloud, infrastructure, security and network engineering teams to define integration requirements.
- Support the evolution and modernisation of enterprise network platforms.
- Contribute to major technology transformation initiatives.
- Identify technical dependencies, risks and design considerations throughout delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to engineering and delivery stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud networking and network design.
- Strong enterprise network architecture knowledge.
- Experience designing connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong technical documentation and solution design capability.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise technology environments.
- Previous involvement in major transformation or modernisation programs.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
