About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Security Assessor who will be responsible for:
- Working in collaboration with team counterparts to plan, conduct and deliver security assessments of the Cloud Platform, Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Services and other cloud adoption technologies
- Identify and engage relevant security authorities, subject matter experts and business stakeholders in security assessment activities, via face-to-face, written and online communications channels
- Conduct cloud security assessments methodically and in accordance with a defied team process aligned with the ISM risk-based approach to cyber security.
You are a proactive and innovative security assessor with:
- First-hand experience conducting and delivering security risk assessments for large and complex technology solutions
- The ability to communicate security threats, risks, mitigations and recommendations clearly with influence
- Ability to work in a team environment with common goals and priorities
- Relevant IT Security qualifications and certifications.

Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT, QLD or VIC
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus potential extensions
Security Requirements: Current NV2 as a minimum. An OSA(Organisational Suitability Assessment) will be required for this position.
