About the role
You will provide Commercial and Contract Management services and artefact as required.
You will Design and implement fit-for-purpose procurement methodologies that support rapid onboarding and sustainment of capabilities.
Role Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, Incorporating AIC and supply chain resilience requirements across Statements of Work, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms, providing evaluation and negotiation support to ensure enforceable commitments aligned with Commonwealth value for money principles, while leading market engagement, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong experience incorporating Australian Industry Capability (AIC) incentives, industry development outcomes, and continuous capability refresh mechanisms into commercial strategies, aligned with evolving operational requirements and emerging technologies.
- Extensive experience preparing comprehensive tender documentation, including Statements of Work, evaluation criteria and contractual terms, ensuring AIC commitments, supply chain resilience and enforceable commercial obligations are clearly articulated.
