About the role
You will ensure engineering outputs comply with legislation, standards, and Authorised Engineering Organisation requirements, supports delivery of project milestones within the program, and actively manage technical, environmental, and safety risks to maintain capability integrity and program success.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform the function of the Communications Engineer subject matter expert
- Obtain and exercise a Delegated Technical Authority within the field of Communications Engineering including communications, electronic systems, navigation systems, situational awareness systems, command and control systems and sensors
- Undertake Design Review, Design Acceptance, and Technical Certification of Communications Engineering functions.
- Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia or equivalent is desirable

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.
