Job Description
A Cyber Security Incident Manager leads the detection, coordination, and response to security incidents. The role includes monitoring threats, managing incident reports, guiding response actions, and ensuring compliance with policies. Strong communication and leadership skills are required to support stakeholders and maintain effective incident handling processes.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Minimum five years' experience in ICT security management
- Experience managing and coordinating cyber security incidents
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISM, PSPF and DSPF
- Ability to perform risk assessments and track incidents
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- CISSP or incident handling certification such as SANS
- ITIL or similar service management experience
