About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior CyberArk Security Specialist to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
You will act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, responsible for delivering end-to-end CyberArk implementations while working closely with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and applications to reduce risk and improve compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CyberArk PAM delivery, from discovery and design through to implementation and transition
- Design and implement CyberArk solutions, including:
- Credential vaulting
- Privileged account lifecycle management
- Session monitoring and control
- Least-privilege access models
- Develop reference architectures across on-prem, hybrid, and SaaS environments
- Engage with stakeholders to translate security and business requirements into practical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across delivery teams
- Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with security standards and best practices
- Manage project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes are achieved
- Collaborate with vendor and partner teams to support solution delivery and issue resolution
- Contribute to reusable delivery standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Strong subject matter expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Extensive experience delivering CyberArk solutions in enterprise environments
- Proven experience in consulting and project-based delivery
- Deep understanding of:
- CyberArk architecture and vault design
- Deployment models (on-prem, hybrid, SaaS)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with technical and business leaders
- Experience leading technical teams and delivery engagements
- CyberArk Certified Guardian(or equivalent experience)
- CyberArk Sentry / Defender certifications
- Cloud certifications ( AWS / Azure / GCP)
- CISSP or CISM
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
- Typically 7+ years in cyber security, identity, or infrastructure roles
- Minimum 5+ years delivering CyberArk PAM implementations
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must hold an active NV1 security clearance
- Long-term contract through to May 2027
- Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale cyber security transformation initiatives
- Work within a high-performing consulting environment
- Exposure to complex, large-scale PAM implementations
