Working within a highly regulated environment, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that strengthen security posture, reduce organisational risk, and support compliance obligations.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs. This role is suited to a senior security professional with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and technical delivery experience across large-scale CyberArk environments.
You will work closely with security leaders, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic PAM outcomes across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CyberArk PAM project delivery from discovery and design through to implementation and operational transition.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand security risks, business drivers, and operational requirements.
- Design and implement CyberArk solutions covering privileged account management, credential vaulting, session management, and least-privilege controls.
- Develop reference architectures and security best practices across on-premise, hybrid, and SaaS environments.
- Act as the senior technical authority during client engagements and design reviews.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project delivery teams and engineers.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and security leadership groups.
- Liaise with vendor and engineering teams to support issue resolution, delivery assurance, and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Contribute to delivery methodologies, standards, and reusable security assets.
Essential
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in CyberArk architecture, vault design, and deployment models.
- Demonstrated consulting and project delivery experience.
- Ability to translate security requirements into practical business solutions.
- Proven stakeholder management and client engagement capability.
- Experience leading technical discussions, design workshops, and delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Active NV1 Security Clearance. ,
- CyberArk Certified Guardian certification or equivalent senior-level delivery experience.
- CyberArk Certified Sentry and/or Defender certifications.
- Cloud security certifications across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- CISSP or CISM certification.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
