About the role:
We’re seeking detail‑oriented Data Entry / Document Migration Officer to support a time‑critical manual document migration project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, high‑volume environments and takes pride in accuracy, quality, and compliance.
You’ll be part of a coordinated project team with clear work instructions, validation checklists, and daily throughput targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Save and transfer documents from a source system into the target system
- Verify document completeness and accuracy post‑transfer
- Apply required metadata and adhere to strict naming conventions
- Ensure documents are filed correctly within aXcelerate
- Identify and flag duplicates, missing files, and data quality issues using Excel tracking sheets
- Support reconciliation activities to confirm all documents have been successfully migrated
- Adhere strictly to data handling, security, and privacy requirements
Quality & Controls
- Follow established work instructions and validation checklists
- Meet daily volume targets while maintaining high accuracy
- Participate in regular progress reporting and exception tracking
- Support quality checks to manage operational and compliance risk
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in data entry, records management, or document control
- Confidence working with structured processes and repetitive tasks
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to follow data security and privacy requirements
Location and Contract term:
- Perth, WA
- 6 month contract with likely extensions
