About the role
In this role you will ensure that user Product support requirements are appropriately planned and scheduled in the individual team sprint cycles. Additionally, it includes ongoing liaison with the Operations Team to communicate, and co-ordinate Product Line demands on that team.
Role Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely completion of product line reporting, ensuring accountability, traceability and compliance.
- Produce product collateral (slides, diagrams, brochures) to support effective communications with the stakeholder community.
- Plan, administer and enable Product demonstration events.
- Experience in project management.
- Meaningful experience in and understanding of information technology and/or cyber security.
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement.
