E-Nudge Developer – Trigger-Based Campaigns & Automation

Our client is a leading organisation focused on delivering proactive, data-driven customer engagement. This role is pivotal in building and deploying trigger-based campaigns that guide customers through their journey.
 About the role: 
We are seeking an E-Nudge Developer to design, configure, and launch automated campaigns that deliver timely reminders, alerts, and contextual nudges. You’ll leverage data integration and cross-channel automation to drive customer engagement and business outcomes.
 Key Responsibilities: 
• Configure real-time or scheduled nudges triggered by customer behaviour (e.g., abandoned cart, incomplete form, missed appointment).
• Implement business rules and logic for campaign triggers.
• Integrate data attributes from CDP/CRM systems to build audience triggers.
• Validate incoming data streams and campaign logic.
• Simulate trigger events and test campaign execution, personalisation, and delivery rules.
• Launch campaigns and monitor performance to ensure triggers are firing correctly.
 Required Experience: 
• 2–4 years’ experience in trigger-based or journey orchestration platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Unica Interact, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of event-based campaign logic and personalisation.
• Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, and workflow automation.
