About the role:
The Engagement Lead role serve in a blended role as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Design Lead responsible for guiding the team from existing design foundations through delivery readiness.
This role owns product vision and backlog prioritization, facilitates all agile ceremonies and sprint planning, removes delivery impediments, and ensures high-quality, user-centered design is integrated into each sprint. The individual will work closely with stakeholders and a distributed core team, flexing across disciplines as needed to ensure effective execution, adapting plans as sprint goals are refined.
This is a contract role, initially until end July 2026, based in Perth, WA.
The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships across business, technical, and executive layers to co-create value. They are adept at facilitating workshops, aligning diverse perspectives, and translating complex concepts into actionable strategies, ensuring all stakeholders remain invested and informed throughout the journey.
Required Experience:
- Lead program management activities including governance, planning and reporting.
- Participate and collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure outcomes meet strategic objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to support alignment and effective collaboration across Digital and Business.
- Strategic lead of change and adoption activities.
