About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join the team in a 100% hunting role, focused exclusively on acquiring new logos and driving net-new business. This is a strategic position for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering intelligent business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to drive new business acquisition.
  • Collaborate effectively with channel partners to enhance market penetration and success.
  • Play a direct role in contributing to the company's growth and overall performance.
  • Advocate for intelligent business solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Engage in high-level discussions with C-suite executives and key influencers to shape business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build and sustain a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent enterprise sales cycles with precision and strategic oversight.
  • Leverage field marketing initiatives to accelerate pipeline development and conversion.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
 

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum of 10 years' proven success in Enterprise Sales, with a consistent record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in new business development and hunting strategies.
  • Experience in direct and channel sales environments is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
