About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Functional Consultant – Ariba to join a high-performance team and drive strategic procurement transformation projects. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Ariba solutions, strong client engagement skills, and a track record of successful project delivery.
Mandatory Requirements
- Australian citizenship with active NV1 AGSVA clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or 10+ years relevant experience)
- Proven experience in SAP Ariba implementations and support
- Solution Consultancy: Advise clients on SAP Ariba best practices, process optimisation, and system configuration
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Project Delivery: Lead and support end-to-end SAP Ariba projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Change Management: Drive user adoption and training for new Ariba solutions
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and system performance
- Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant with SAP Ariba (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and SAP Ariba modules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management experience, able to deliver on time and within scope
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
