About the Role
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Functional Consultant specialising in Enterprise Content Management (EcM) and OpenText. You’ll drive digital transformation projects, optimise document management processes, and deliver tailored solutions for high-profile clients.
Mandatory Requirements
- Australian citizenship with active NV1 AGSVA clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or 10+ years relevant experience)
- Proven experience in OpenText and EcM implementations and support
- Solution Consultancy: Advise clients on EcM and OpenText best practices, process optimisation, and system configuration
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Project Delivery: Lead and support end-to-end EcM and OpenText projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Change Management: Drive user adoption and training for new EcM and OpenText solutions
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance document management processes and system performance
- Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant with OpenText and EcM platforms
- Strong understanding of document management, workflow automation, and integration with SAP or other ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management experience, able to deliver on time and within scope
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
