About the Role
We are seeking experienced Guidewire Developers to join multiple delivery teams working across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager implementations and upgrades.
You’ll play a hands‑on role in designing, configuring, and extending Guidewire platforms, working closely with architects, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
This role suits developers who enjoy complex problem‑solving, clean design, and building scalable insurance solutions that perform at enterprise scale.
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong mix of technical Guidewire expertise and enterprise delivery experience, including:
- Hands‑on configuration and development experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Exposure to PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ContactManager
- Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture, data model, and design patterns
- Solid experience with Gosu (GOSU) development
- Working knowledge of Guidewire Events & Rules Framework
- Experience integrating Guidewire using Guidewire Web Services
- Strong fundamentals across XML, JSON, and build tools such as ANT, Maven, or Gradle
- Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams
- Experience in large‑scale insurance or financial services environments (highly regarded)
