About the role

You will be the first point of contact for staff requiring technical assistance, providing timely support and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth day‑to‑day IT operations and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Log, prioritise, and escalate incidents in accordance with service-level agreements.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a help desk, service desk, or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a strong customer‑service mindset, capable of remaining calm and resourceful under pressure.

Security Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work environment, our client requires candidates to hold an active TSPV Security Clearance, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
