About the role
We’re hiring multiple Helpdesk Engineers across Junior and Mid‑Level capability for a secure environment in Bendigo. You’ll provide hands‑on L1–L3 support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and contribute to systems administration and uplift activities alongside engineering teams. All roles are on‑site. Start date: 30 May.
Open positions (Bendigo):
- Junior Helpdesk Engineer — TSPV: $70,000–$95,000 + super
- Helpdesk Engineer — NV2: $70,000–$85,000 + super
- Mid‑Level Helpdesk Engineer — TSPV: $90,000–$125,000 + super
Role Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site L1/L2 (Junior) and L2/L3 (Mid‑Level) technical support across hardware, software, networks and identity/access platforms; resolve and/or escalate incidents to SLAs.
- Perform system health checks, patching, configuration management, endpoint/server maintenance and monitoring within secure environments.
- Contribute to root‑cause analysis, problem management and continuous improvement; support upgrades, new service deployments and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, network, cyber and operations teams to resolve complex issues and uplift service capability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in service desk / operational support with strong troubleshooting across Windows, AD/IAM, networking and enterprise tooling.
- Systems administration fundamentals (endpoint builds, provisioning, patching, monitoring).
- Clear, confident stakeholder communication; ability to work within structured, security‑controlled processes.
- Relevant ICT qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience; certifications valued.
