About the role
We’re seeking Helpdesk Engineers across multiple levels for an on‑site, classified environment in Canberra. You’ll span incident resolution, systems support and collaboration with engineering teams.
Start dates: ASAP(Mid‑Level), and 30 May(Helpdesk Engineer).
Open positions (Canberra):
- Helpdesk Engineer — TSPV: $75,000–$95,000 + super — Start: 30 May
- Mid‑Level Helpdesk Engineer — TSPV: $90,000–$140,000 + super — Start: ASAP
- Lead or contribute to complex incident resolution across hardware, software, network, identity and secure platform layers.
- Undertake systems administration: provisioning, patching, configuration management, and system health monitoring.
- Administer/support secure or classified environments to approved procedures; produce documentation and support continuous improvement.
- Provide on‑site support (device deployments, workstation builds, cabling, lifecycle tasks) and collaborate with engineering, network, cyber and ops teams.
- Background in ICT support / ops with strength in Windows administration, endpoint/server management, AD/IAM, networking and monitoring.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate effectively; strong stakeholder communication; mentoring capability at mid‑level.
- Degree or equivalent experience/certifications; experience in secure environments highly regarded.
- Permanent roles supporting critical national operations with exposure to advanced technologies and uplift initiatives.
