The Role:
We seek a short-term APS6 equivalent level HR Reporting officer. The candidate will lead the data preparation; resolve data anomalies; and may also coordinate review and CEO sign-off and complete post-lodgement notification and access requirements. They will also update the existing procedure with any necessary changes along with incorporating the new workplace profile data requirement. You will also prepare and complete other HR reporting where possible such as preparing draft responses to the Agency Survey and supporting routine activities like the monthly reporting process. The specialist must have strong Aurion HRIS and payroll data skills, advanced Excel capability.
High quality stakeholder engagement and written communication skills are important.
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in Canberra . Contract till 30 June 2026, please note that this is a part-time role with a maximum of 200 hours over the 14 week contract period.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a baseline security clearance.
