They are undertaking a strategic transition to cloud-based business automation. This role is pivotal in migrating and optimising IBM Case Manager and Content Platform Engine environments.
About the role:
We are seeking a Case Manager Delivery Consultant to assist with the transition of IBM Case Manager and Content Platform Engine (CPE) to Business Automation Workflow (BAW) within Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA). You’ll leverage deep subject matter expertise to deliver secure, high-performance solutions and support client teams throughout the migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate and rebuild Case Manager and CPE across multiple environments.
- Refactor and migrate custom plugins, extensions, and applications.
- Ensure best practice for security, performance, and stability.
- Validate solution functionality and provide support during testing and deployment.
- Mentor and upskill client teams through documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Support final cutover and go-live transition from Case Manager to BAW.
- 5+ years’ expertise in IBM Case Manager and Business Automation Workflow.
- Current AGSVA Security Clearance.
- Experience with Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).
This is a contract role based in Australia. You’ll play a key role in delivering robust business automation solutions in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
