About the Role: You will design and evolve business capabilities in line with the organisation strategy.
Responsibilities: The services, delivered in collaboration with and under supervision by nominated personnel, include but are not limited to the following:
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to understand their vision, define strategies and solutions, and undertake business architecture activities.
- Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyse complex business architecture problems and develop intent outcome maps, strategies, and road maps.
- Work across architecture domains to ensure strong alignment and collaboration.
- Assist in the design and development of architecture for major organisational capabilities.
- Observe industry trends and contribute to shaping architecture direction to benefit from new and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ICT enterprise infrastructure architecture and architectural patterns, particularly those relevant to assigned programs and projects.
- Work effectively in a small team environment.
- Provide knowledge and skills transfer to other teams.
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Maintains currency in information technology processes and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development
- Establishes and maintains effective business relationships and professional networks
- Contributes to and implements improved ICT practices and procedures
- Provides mentoring, coaching and training
- Works effectively in a small team environment, and wider Command environment
- Remains accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, shares own expertise with others and guides and mentors less experienced employees
- Records and maintains files/information in accordance with buyer requirements
- The contract period is 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extension options
- $140.00 - $180.00 per hour
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.
