Seeking a Lead Systems Analyst with Knowledge of working with Sharepoint

Systems Analysts translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures.
Key duties and responsibilities
Duties may include some or all of the following:
• oversee the operations of a team, including managing business performance, established priorities, and managing resources and workflow
• align the value chain with portfolio, development and solution packaging
• develop and execute a solution vision for product expansion within a category
• drive innovation, continuous improvement, and manage and lead change
• help translate market trends and insights and customer needs into relevant solutions
• ensure applications meet business and end-user requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
• review and analyse existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improving or leveraging the systems to achieve strategic business objectives
• develop strategies to identify and resolve system issues
• use progress against business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance reports to inform overall management, strategic direction, and future planning
• identify and leverage best practice pipeline growth activities across sectors and solutions areas, including business planning, development, execution and measurement
• set direction by contributing and aligning to local business plans and ICT strategies
• oversee, review and advise on a range of written material, including technical and corporate documentation
• negotiate, engage and manage relationships with other agencies and service providers to build service delivery capability
• collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
• attend interagency meetings and forums to influence business outcomes and share information
Technical skills
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint) • Knowledge and working with Sharepoint • Knowledge and working with HP Content Manager • Knowledge and working with JIRA • Knowledge and working with HP ALM • Bachelor or higher • Understanding of SDLC • Working experience with waterfall and agile methodologies • Analytical skills to analyse production issues • Knowledge of business process modelling and ability to do AS IS and TO BE process flows
Security Required:
Ability to obtain a
Baseline
Security Clearance required- Baseline Clearance preferred
Contract -
12 months Contract with 2 x 12 month extension
Location
- QLD, ACT, VIC, SA , NSW and Hybrid - 3 days a week
