We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Support Specialist to provide support with strong expertise in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for mainframe systems
- Manage and maintain IMS and DB2 databases
- Perform backup and recovery activities to ensure data integrity and system resilience
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for recovery tools and processes
- Proven experience with IMS and DB2
- Strong backup and recovery capability within mainframe environments
- Demonstrated expertise as a Recovery Tools SME
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
