About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobility Consultant specialising in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). You’ll drive digital transformation in logistics and warehouse operations, delivering tailored mobility solutions for high-profile clients.
Mandatory Requirements
- Australian citizenship with active NV1 AGSVA clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Logistics, or related field (or 10+ years relevant experience)
- Proven experience in SCM EWM implementations and support
- Solution Consultancy: Advise clients on SCM EWM best practices, process optimisation, and system configuration
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Project Delivery: Lead and support end-to-end SCM EWM projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Mobility Solutions: Design and implement mobile applications and interfaces for warehouse and logistics operations
- Change Management: Drive user adoption and training for new mobility solutions
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse management processes and system performance
- Extensive experience as a Mobility Consultant with SCM EWM modules and mobile solutions
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and integration with ERP platforms
- Experience designing and implementing mobile applications for supply chain operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management experience, able to deliver on time and within scope
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
