About the role:
We are seeking a highly experienced MuleSoft Private Cloud Edition (PCE) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and operational management of a secure, scalable MuleSoft Anypoint Platform deployment on PCE.
This role goes beyond standard administration and requires deep expertise in PCE architecture, infrastructure integration (AWS/Kubernetes), and secure platform operations, particularly within regulated or government environments (e.g. Protected classification).
The ideal candidate will hold MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect – Level 1 (ARC730) and demonstrate strong experience delivering end-to-end platform solutions, from greenfield setup through to production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Architecture & PCE Design (SME Leadership)
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and deployment of MuleSoft Private Cloud Edition (PCE).
- Define platform topology, including control plane, runtime plane, and network segmentation.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance across all environments.
- Collaborate with enterprise and infrastructure architects to align with cloud (AWS/Azure) landing zone standards.
- Provide technical assurance that the platform meets performance, resilience, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the go-to SME for all PCE-related decisions, risks, and escalations.
