Network Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer - ACT and SA

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Network Administrators and Infrastructure Engineers to support, maintain and enhance complex ICT environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of infrastructure systems, ensuring performance, reliability and security across physical, virtual and network platforms. You will work in highly secure environments and collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Role Responsibilities
  • Monitor systems and infrastructure, responding to incidents and resolving issues
  • Maintain, upgrade and patch device software and firmware
  • Build, configure and deploy scalable and reliable infrastructure systems
  • Integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) network hardware and software
  • Manage full system lifecycle including build, configuration, administration, maintenance and decommissioning
  • Perform physical infrastructure tasks including racking, cabling and labelling
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Implement infrastructure changes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in network administration and/or infrastructure engineering
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, performance monitoring and system optimisation
  • Experience working with networking technologies, hardware and systems integration
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycle management and automation tools
  • Experience supporting high-availability, secure environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
