About the Client:
A large national logistics provider undergoing a major digital transformation. This role supports enhanced observability and performance optimisation across critical applications and services.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled New Relic Developer to lead the integration of observability tools across modern and legacy systems. You’ll work closely with development teams to implement New Relic APM, build dashboards, and embed telemetry into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement New Relic APM and custom instrumentation across services.
  • Build dashboards, alerts, and performance insights for key applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to embed observability into new and existing apps.
  • Integrate monitoring into CI/CD workflows.
  • Support legacy system modernisation with telemetry and performance tracking.
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years in application development (Java, Python, or Golang).
  • Hands-on experience with New Relic tools and dashboarding.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with frontend monitoring (React/JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bonus Skills:
  • New Relic certification.
  • Exposure to AI observability and LLM-based applications.
