About the Role
As a Senior Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will oversee the Change activities and deliverables for the BSF Australia rollout under the leadership of the BSF programme Change Manager.
Mandatory Requirements: Candidates must be an Australian Citizen with an active AGSVA clearance.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess impact of change
- Define Plans for managing change
- Define and review BSF Stakeholders and Impacted Users and associated engagement plans
- Deliver against predefined and approved Change and Engagement Plans
- Work with the QinetiQ Change Team to deliver Australian BSF Change within the QinetiQ Transformation schedule
- Work in close partnership with the Project Team to achieve cohesion and alignment with Stakeholder Groups
- Manage the Australian BSF Change Network
- Manage the development of Engagement Collateral to include Communications and Training Materials
- Establish and Manage Business Readiness criteria, Benefits measurement and User Adoption criteria
- Responsible for the Australia Engagement and Comms Plan
- Responsible for delivering Engagement and Comms Artifacts
- Jointly responsible for Managing the Change Network
- Working in support of the global BSF Change Manager and will act as proxy
Required Skills and Experience
- Up to 10 Years of functional experience delivering Business Change in an Oracle Cloud environment, or other major Enterprise Business Applications (e.g. SAP)
- Experience on Multiple ERP Implementations
- Demonstrated experience in participating in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Testing activities, with a focus on identifying and managing change impacts and fostering adoption of the solution
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently
- Strong client facing, communication and client management skills
- A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies
- Ability to travel to client sites both in Australia and potentially the UK
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
- Business Change Certification (eg Prosci, CCMP)
- A good understanding of the broader ERP business processes / functional areas, including: Finance, Procurement, Projects, SCM, and Manufacturing.
