About the Role

An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Oracle Time & Labour / Financials Analyst to join a major Oracle Cloud implementation program. You will work as a senior consultant within a project delivery team, playing a customer‑facing role across the full consulting lifecycle.

As a senior functional consultant, you will contribute to requirements analysis, solution design, and delivery of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading Finance design workshops, CRP sessions, and train‑the‑trainer activities
  • Analysing current‑state processes and designing future‑state solutions aligned to modern best practices
  • Providing solution options and recommendations where multiple approaches exist
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Finance SMEs and end users
  • Configuring Oracle Fusion Financials and documenting configurations
  • Providing functional inputs for data migration, reporting, and integrations
  • Collaborating with technical teams on interface design, development, and testing
Required Skills & Experience
  • Up to 10 years’ functional experience delivering Oracle Financials Cloud
  • Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Strong experience in:
    • Requirements analysis and solution design
    • Functional configuration and documentation
    • Troubleshooting and integration architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of application implementation methodologies
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Australia (and potentially the UK)

  • Oracle Supply Chain and core HCM process knowledge

  • Reporting and analytics tools within Oracle Cloud
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidates must be an Australian Citizen with an active AGSVA Baseline clearance.
