Are you an experienced OutSystems Developer looking to join a dynamic team delivering innovative digital solutions within the insurance sector?
We are seeking a talented developer to help build new capabilities, enhance existing applications, and support the ongoing evolution of a critical OutSystems application suite.
About the Role
As an OutSystems Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while ensuring the OutSystems platform remains optimally configured, secure, and up to date.
Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support business growth and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and unit test OutSystems applications
- Build new features and enhance existing platform capabilities
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes as required
- Deploy changes to production in line with ITIL change management processes
- Collaborate within Agile squads to deliver sprint objectives
- Support platform upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimisation
- Contribute to application health initiatives and technical debt management
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of OutSystems development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems O11 and ODC
- Experience with OutSystems BPT and/or Case Management Framework
- Hands-on experience using AI Mentor and managing application health and technical debt
- Strong SQL Server skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas in an Agile environment
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience developing mobile applications using OutSystems
- Work on business-critical digital transformation initiatives
