About the role:
The consultant will play a critical role in business process discovery, process mining, and future-state process design using the SAP Signavio platform. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional teams to analyse current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimized future-state processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices. The consultant will ensure that any existing business processes are well-documented, validated with stakeholders, and prepared to support a successful SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and business transformation.
Experience Required:
Business Process Discovery
- Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand current processes.
- Document As-Is business processes using BPMN modelling standards.
- Maintain process repository and governance within Signavio.
- Design To-Be business processes aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
- Develop end-to-end process models using BPMN 2.0.
- Establish process architecture across key domains such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Asset Management.
- Model end-to-end processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager.
- Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze system data and identify process inefficiencies.
- Perform process variant analysis, cycle time analysis, and compliance checks.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Support Fit-to-Standard workshops as part of the SAP Activate framework.
- Work with functional teams to align process models with S/4HANA solution design.
- Document gaps between ECC and S/4HANA processes.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, and functional consultants.
- Facilitate process validation sessions.
- Publish processes and documentation in SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub.
- Establish process governance and documentation standards.
- Define process KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in business process management and SAP-enabled transformation projects.
- Hands‑on expertise with SAP Signavio, including Process Manager and Process Intelligence.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices, end‑to‑end business processes, and transformation frameworks.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP programme delivery.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of change management principles and tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Activate, or related frameworks.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications in process management, business analysis, or SAP BTM are beneficial.
