This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on migrating a legacy environment to Ping AIC / Ping IAM. We’re looking for someone who has delivered this type of work extensively and can work closely with the software vendor throughout the engagement.
The role can be performed fully remotely, although Sydney-based candidates are preferred should occasional client meetings be required.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, build and configure Ping Journeys
- Work across federation requirements and associated identity integrations
- Contribute to the broader replacement and migration programme
- Work closely with the software vendor and key delivery stakeholders
- Bring strong hands-on Ping engineering expertise to the project
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong commercial experience with Ping AIC
- Extensive hands-on Ping IAM implementation and engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience building and configuring Journeys
- Strong experience with federation
- Previous involvement in complex identity platform migrations or replacement programmes
- The ability to operate effectively in a senior technical capacity with minimal supervision
- Experience working alongside software vendors and enterprise clients
- 12 month contract
- Fully remote working
- Opportunity to contribute to a significant identity transformation within a large telecommunications environment
- Streamlined interview process, expected to involve one interview round
If you’re a senior Ping engineer who has genuinely delivered Ping AIC / Ping IAM migrations, Journeys and federation work, I’d be keen to hear from you.
