About the Role:
This opportunity seeks an experienced Level 3 Program Risk Manager to support the delivery of a nationally significant, complex capability program. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust Phase 3 Risk Framework and Risk Register, ensuring risks across the program are effectively identified, assessed, escalated, and monitored. The successful candidate will provide specialist risk expertise, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality risk insights to support informed decision‑making by senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and implement the Phase 3 Risk Management Plan aligned with program objectives, governance frameworks, and trilateral requirements
- Lead program‑level risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting across technical, schedule, cost, commercial, and engineering domains
- Facilitate risk workshops, deep‑dive reviews, and stakeholder engagements to validate risk exposure and interdependencies
- Maintain accurate and authoritative risk data and reporting within authorised risk management systems
- Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to uplift organisational risk management capability
