About the role:
Our client requires the services of an experienced Project Coordinator to support the
administrative delivery of digital initiatives. This includes management of activities to
support program and project delivery across master schedule definition and maintenance,
registers management, events and committee coordination, and governance obligations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to planning, executing and monitoring project schedule, budgets, resources, and overall strategy.
- Establish and monitor key project performance indicators. Contribute to the
Project Manager
- Analyse project data and produce insights to optimise project performance.
- Identify problems and shortfalls and propose solutions to address issues and
- Provide operational support including liaising with relevant stakeholders where
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports, including
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the highest level of project delivery.
- Support project managers with artefacts and workspaces, updating relevant project
- Monitor project progress and report status to Project team and stakeholders as
- Maintain project RAID registers using CORA (Project Portfolio Management
- Utilise tools such as MS Project, Teams, SharePoint and or similar software to assist
- Coordinate invoices and purchase orders with financial resources and vendors to
- Manage project risks by collating and presenting relevant information from the
- Prepare governance material for project leaders and managers as required
- Provide support to the Stage Gate Review process, working closely with the Project
- Manager and PMO Analysts to ensure project successfully gate on time
- Manage document control process for the project to ensure information is stored
- Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating project and/or
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Higher Education sector or Government experience
Located in Brisbane with a Hybrid working arrangement.
12 Month initial contract with 12 month extension
