The successful candidate:
- 10+ years experience as a Project Manager/Iteration Manager/Scrum Master in IT consulting or enterprise environments.
- 3+ years delivering data projects (data modernisation, migration, governance, analytics, reporting, data platforms).
- Strong capability in end‑to‑end project delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control, vendor and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, translating requirements into epics, features, and stories.
- Experience leading teams across Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scaled Agile, Sprints, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Solid understanding of data roles, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP/IBM), and modern data architectures.
- Strong knowledge of NFRs, SDLC, and environments requiring high availability, performance SLAs, and resilient design.
- Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders.
- Banking industry experience is essential.
- Strong team leadership, mentoring experience, and ability to remove delivery impediments.
