About the Role
Our client is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the electronic security industry , who thrives on managing complex projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electronic security projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk strategies.
- Work closely with clients to design tailored security solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee the installation and integration of CCTV, access control, alarms, and integrated security systems.
- Track and manage budgets, reporting on progress and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Current NSW Security Licence & Driver’s Licence.
- White Card (OH&S Induction).
- Tertiary qualification or certification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (TAFE or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects in the electronic security sector .
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, integrations).
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Location – Concord, NSW
