About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong domain expertise in Energy & Utilities, Agile delivery, and Data & Analytics initiatives.
This role focuses on leading end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment to business strategy, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will provide strong governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder leadership while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions aligned to operational and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams
- Manage stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery controls
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Drive business value realisation and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors
- Provide executive-level reporting and steerco engagement
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in Project Management
- Experience within the Energy & Utilities sector(Preferred)
- Proven experience leading complex Agile or hybrid delivery programs
- Experience delivering Data & Analytics initiatives (Preferred)
- Strong financial management and commercial acumen
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators
- Experience in RFx processes and commercial negotiations
