About the role
You will support the planning and management of a strategic programme or similar, to implement the Branches strategy. Ensure that projects and programs are started on time, are well briefed and remain aligned with strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly meetings with Delivery Partners, to update and inform stakeholders on project progress, blockers, resourcing, and timelines.
- Chair quarterly formal delivery round-up meetings with partners
- Provide a secretariat function at Portfolio Definition Group meetings
- Develop, prioritise and promote Outline Business Cases for new capabilities

Security Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
