About the role:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Operates across business and technology teams with strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong delivery experience in Energy & Utilities, asset-intensive, or regulated environments (highly desirable)
- Proven track record managing complex projects and programs
- Experience delivering in Agile and hybrid environments (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with data, digital, or platform transformations (desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Plan and manage delivery across full lifecycle:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead governance and reporting: SteerCo, executive reporting, RAID management
- Manage stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and external partners
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive delivery outcomes across multiple teams and workstreams
- Ensure alignment with organisational delivery frameworks: Agile, hybrid, or waterfall
- Lead Agile delivery practices where applicable: Sprint planning, backlog oversight, release planning, and cadence management
- Manage commercial aspects: Contracts, resourcing, financial tracking
