About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across managed application support and operational BAU services, rather than large‑scale transformation programs.
This role is focused on service delivery, operational governance, performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring application support activities are delivered to agreed scope, cost, quality, and service levels.
You will manage operational projects and initiatives with moderate complexity and visibility, supporting stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across day‑to‑day services.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Delivery & BAU Management
- Lead delivery of managed application support and operational initiatives, ensuring stability and continuity of services.
- Deliver work to agreed scope, schedule, and cost without compromising safety, quality, or compliance.
- Execute delivery in line with established project governance, standards, and operating frameworks.
- Proactively report on service and delivery status, including progress, risks, dependencies, and financials.
- Manage project financials across Capex and Opex, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure quality assurance controls, service checks, and governance gates are completed consistently.
- Identify, track, and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies impacting BAU delivery.
- Establish effective stakeholder management plans and act as a key point of coordination across business, technical, and support teams.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders, escalating issues where required.
- Coordinate and manage work across multi‑disciplinary delivery and support teams using clear resource plans and schedules.
- Support collaboration across enterprise functions to ensure operational outcomes are delivered effectively.
- Ensure all operational and project documentation meets required standards and audit expectations.
- Proven experience delivering managed services, application support, or BAU‑focused projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong delivery background within regulated, asset‑intensive, or utilities environments(highly desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational initiatives with reputational and service impact.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication capability.
- Solid leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
