The Department are seeking an appropriately experienced Program Manager to take up the role of Delivery Lead for the ICT Fit Out for their new program.
Primary Duties:
- Delivery – Managing the overall delivery and specific projects, including coordination with relevant individual project managers.
- Benefits Management – Ongoing definition, tracking and reporting of benefits realisation.
- Dependency Management – Stakeholder engagement and coordination with other partners..
- Scope Management – Managing project items, including the drafting and updating of detailed scope and requirements documentation.
- Status Reporting – Information gathering and development of status reporting, in line with program requirements.
- General project and program management responsibilities in line with the business of the program of works.
Location and Contract Term: This role can be based in ACT, with Hybrid working arrangements . 12 month contract with 1x12- month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a baseline security clearance.
