About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major Cloud ERP rollout.
Working as an integral part of a senior project team, you will lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle, act as a key customer‑facing leader, and take accountability for delivery outcomes, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
This role is ideally suited to a confident, delivery‑focused ERP Project Manager with strong Oracle Cloud experience and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high‑pressure environments.

Locations: Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for a major Oracle Cloud ERP rollout.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans aligned to program objectives.
- Assign and manage tasks across project resources and delivery teams.
- Monitor project progress, team performance, milestones, and overall delivery status.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Control project budgets, scheduling, and resourcing plans.
- Recommend and execute appropriate implementation approaches and delivery strategies.
- Assume overall accountability for project outcomes, quality, and successful completion.
- Act as a senior point of contact for customer stakeholders, maintaining strong engagement and communication.
- 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise Cloud ERP or large‑scale enterprise application projects.
- Proven experience acting as Project Manager across multiple full implementation cycles.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Solution design
- Requirements analysis
- Functional design and configuration documentation
- Troubleshooting and integration architecture
- Strong architectural understanding of core business process areas, including:
- Finance
- Procurement
- Projects
- Supply Chain
- Experience working closely with technical teams on:
- Interface design
- Development
- Testing
- Strong knowledge of application implementation methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications.
- Proven experience integrating Oracle Cloud with on‑premise and other cloud applications.
- Experience working across multiple industries.
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance required.
- Senior project leadership role on a high‑profile Oracle Cloud ERP program.
