About the End Client

The end client is a large enterprise organisation undertaking a significant Oracle Cloud ERP rollout across Australia as part of a broader enterprise transformation program. This role plays a key leadership position within a major, multi‑stream implementation.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major Cloud ERP rollout.

Working as an integral part of a senior project team, you will lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle, act as a key customer‑facing leader, and take accountability for delivery outcomes, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role is ideally suited to a confident, delivery‑focused ERP Project Manager with strong Oracle Cloud experience and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high‑pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for a major Oracle Cloud ERP rollout.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans aligned to program objectives.
  • Assign and manage tasks across project resources and delivery teams.
  • Monitor project progress, team performance, milestones, and overall delivery status.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Control project budgets, scheduling, and resourcing plans.
  • Recommend and execute appropriate implementation approaches and delivery strategies.
  • Assume overall accountability for project outcomes, quality, and successful completion.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for customer stakeholders, maintaining strong engagement and communication.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise Cloud ERP or large‑scale enterprise application projects.
  • Proven experience acting as Project Manager across multiple full implementation cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Solution design
    • Requirements analysis
    • Functional design and configuration documentation
    • Troubleshooting and integration architecture
  • Strong architectural understanding of core business process areas, including:
    • Finance
    • Procurement
    • Projects
    • Supply Chain
  • Experience working closely with technical teams on:
    • Interface design
    • Development
    • Testing
  • Strong knowledge of application implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience

  • Strong domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  • Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications.
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle Cloud with on‑premise and other cloud applications.
  • Experience working across multiple industries.
Security Clearance

  • AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance required.
