About the role:
The Project Manager will lead complex SAP HANA implementation, upgrade and migration initiatives across enterprise environments. This role aligns with JRS Project Manager – SAP HANA expectations and requires advanced leadership capability, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven experience delivering technology projects within Australian Government or large enterprise settings.
Australian Citizenship and Mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
Experience Required:
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management or Service Management projects in S/4HANA
- Extensive experience managing complex SAP transformation or SAP HANA initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, hosting environments, and migration approaches.
- Demonstrated capability managing multimillion‑dollar technology programs within government or large enterprise.
- Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams, vendors and specialist technical resources.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive‑level reporting.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of project governance, risk management and financial management practices.
- Required: Australian Citizenship and Mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
- Relevant project management certifications (such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience coordinating SAP Basis, infrastructure, cloud and security teams.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA transition tools.
Location and Contract Term
This role is based in Sydney, NSW
Contract until February 2027.
