About the Role
As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new hires. You’ll provide leadership to a dedicated recruitment team, partner with senior stakeholders, and continuously improve processes to deliver exceptional outcomes aligned with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop the Team – Supervise, coach, and support a small internal recruitment team.
- Drive Recruitment Strategy – Design and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment – Oversee advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practice – Maintain adherence to legislation and organisational policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships and provide expert advice on market trends.
- Onboarding Excellence – Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within internal HR and/or aged care or health sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Dayforce, PageUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
