About the role
You will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering software releases across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that releases are executed smoothly, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule. You will work closely with technical teams, project managers, and key stakeholders to maintain a structured and efficient release process.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage release cycles across multiple environments and projects.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure release readiness.
- Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the release lifecycle.
- Develop, maintain, and improve release management processes and documentation.
- Proven experience in release management, DevOps, or software delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and deployment practices.
- Experience working in environments with CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based platforms.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Security Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work environment, our client requires candidates to hold an active TSPV Security Clearance, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.
