Our QLD Government client is seeking a Business Analyst specialising in SAP SuccessFactors.
About the role:
The Principal Business Analyst will lead and consult with representatives across the state in the identification, analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements related to the development, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements to provide input into existing and new solution functionality to maximise the user experience, solution efficiencies and cost effectiveness of workforce management processes.
- Develop high quality documentation for all stakeholder groups.
- Lead the analysis of business, user and system requirements and provide advice on the application of the integrated workforce management solutions to optimise local and enterprise-wide business outputs.
- Conduct and supervise the analysis of existing business processes, and future business processes, within the context of the integrated workforce management solutions.
- Oversee the research and undertake process reengineering including identifying variations to policy and procedural matters affecting the efficient operation of the allocated area of responsibility.
- Provide advice with the development and implementation of project and release management plans
- Provide specialist strategic and operational advice on business and solution processes, using experience and knowledge of the business to influence strategic directions.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated with SAP SuccessFactors solutions as a Business Analyst ideally within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
- Experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in business engagement, including requirements elicitation and facilitating workshops.
- Demonstrated expertise to identify key issues, perform research and analysis and develop and document solutions.
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex environment.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage a large workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Applied understanding of the health (or other relevant) industry, legislation, and regulations including those related to finance and logistics systems
