Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join a delivery team on a key transformation program. This role is suited to a senior consultant with proven experience across full lifecycle SAP implementations, particularly within asset management environments.
You will play a key role in design, build, testing, and delivery of SAP solutions, working closely with stakeholders and leading functional streams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contract Details:
- Location: Sydney
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing contract (initial engagement part-time, approx. 20 hrs/week)
- Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functional streams across project delivery
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations (design, build, test, go-live)
- Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Deliver SAP EAM solutions aligned to business requirements
- Provide expertise in SAP data structures, flows, and customisation
- Identify and resolve system issues, providing effective solutions
- Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to governance activities
- Support project planning and delivery within tight timelines
- Extensive SAP implementation experience, with minimum 4 full lifecycle projects
- Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP EAM
- Experience leading functional streams within SAP projects
- Proven experience conducting FIT/GAP analysis and stakeholder workshops
- Strong understanding of SAP customisation and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience delivering within complex enterprise environments
- Background in professional services or consulting environments
- Team leadership or project management experience
- Experience working on large-scale transformation or integration programs
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
