About the role:
We are seeking a SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
You will operate as a seasoned consultant who can independently lead workstreams, engage directly with clients, and contribute to solution design while supporting the wider project team.
Experience with SAP FSM (Field Service Management) is highly desirable and will be an advantage in delivering integrated asset and service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of SAP EAM workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Facilitate client workshops and provide best‑practice guidance on SAP EAM processes.
- Work with technical teams on functional specifications, enhancements, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Support SAP FSM design and deployment where applicable.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as functional specs, configuration guides, process designs, and training materials.
- Provide expert functional support during SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting practice growth initiatives.
Experience Required:
- Strong, hands‑on experience delivering SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) implementations.
- Deep understanding of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, work management, and related PM processes.
- Experience conducting client workshops and producing functional design documents.
- Ability to work independently on assigned workstreams while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP FSM and integration with SAP backend systems.
- S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
- Knowledge of industries with strong asset management needs (utilities, energy, transport, manufacturing, etc.)
