About the role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in the insurance domain. You’ll provide expert support, configuration, and integration across key SAP modules, working closely with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support and configuration for SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
• Lead or provide senior support in Application Support & Maintenance (AMS) environments.
• Resolve issues and integrate CATS with HR and CO modules.
• Apply knowledge of FS-CD, RE-FX, and Reinsurance modules as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise finance operations in insurance.
• Utilise ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
Required Experience:
• 8+ years’ experience in SAP FI/CO, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior support role.
• Proven expertise in CATS support, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of finance operations in the insurance industry.
• Experience in AMS environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and relevant support tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
