Are you an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with HCM/Successfactors experience? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to play a vital role in a SAP HANA implementation within a secure government environment. This role offers the chance to work on a high-profile program with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
What you’ll do:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems
- Perform system upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure optimal performance and security of SAP environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead workshops for FIT/GAP analysis
- Drive resolution of defects and implement solutions to meet business needs
- Extensive SAP experience, including 5+ full end-to-end project lifecycles
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR or SAP S/4 HANA Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors
- Customization experience and understanding of core data structures and flows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines
Applicants must be Australian Citizens with AGSVA Baseline Clearance. NV-1 Clearance is highly regarded.
